We are looking for a highly organized individual who will become an important part of our customer service team.
The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience, including order entry, handling incoming phone calls, and answering emails in a professional manner. Dependability, attention to detail, and accuracy are important to excel in this position and familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel is a must.
Job responsibilities include general customer service, order entry, applying payments, responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, and running daily and monthly reports.
This position will work a three hour shift Monday to Friday, mornings or afternoons. No weekend or evening hours required.
